o Senior Project Manager – Assorted Projects, Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA $5M in Planning, design and construction projects including implementation of campus-wide wayfinding and signage program, new Getinge cart wash equipment, renovations to the Floating Hospital Building Entrance, HVAC renovations to the Neely House, and a new in-the-hospital Autism Resource Center/Library.
o Project Executive, New Ambulatory Care Center and Medical Office Building, Danvers, MA. $140 M venture with Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and the North Shore Medical Center to provide a retail center experience for cancer treatment, surgery, and other outpatient services on the north shore.
o Project Executive, Staff Augmentation – 2 Full Time Project Managers, Boston Medical Center. Projects include the new 245,000 SF, nine story SF Shapiro Ambulatory Center, campus way finding and signage programs, additions/alterations to the Yawkey Center and Memino Pavilion and enabling projects.
o Project Executive, Codman Square Health Center, Boston, MA. Design and construction of a $14 M expansion and interior renovation under HRSA Federal grant.
o Project Executive, Staff Augmentation – 3 Full Time Project Managers, University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Worcester, MA. Projects include the new 240,000 SF, nine story patient care and research building and between 15 and 20 miscellaneous renovation, technology or relocation projects.
o Project Executive, New MGH Department of Oral and Maxiofacial Surgery, Danvers, MA. Expansion of the Massachusetts General Hospital Dental practice to the North Shore.
o Project Executive, Health Information Systems, Beth Israel Hospital/Dedham. Feasibility study and cost analysis for the relocation of the HIS Department in conjunction with the implementation of digital medical records and high-density filing system.
o Project Executive, Various Capital Improvements, Concord Hospital, Concord, NH. Design and construction of various projects including: Family Care Practice, Breast Care Center, Internal Medicine, 5 West Voluntary Psychiatric Unit, Pharmacy, and CT Replacement.
o Senior Project Manager, Historic Peter Bent Brigham Building Renovations, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, MA. $20 Million renovation program including substantial mechanical, electrical, and electronic/data systems improvements. Former patient care facilities were converted to medial office suites.
o Senior Project Manager, $30 Million Renovation Program to Campus Buildings A and B, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, MA. Including suites for Thoracic, Neuro, Cardiac Surgery and various clinics.
o Project Executive, Fallon Clinic – Renovations, Lunenburg and Fitchburg, MA. $1 Million improvement program for Family Practice, Medical Specialties, and Physical Therapy. Included landlord HVAC equipment.
o Project Executive, Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston – New Clinical and Surgical Center, Plymouth, MA. Negotiations with developer for condominium purchase, design, and construction of 25,000 facility.
o Principal, New England School of Acupuncture - Newton, MA. Project management for design and construction of tenant space in a 150-year-old mill building including practice clinic.
Project Executive, Berthiaume Family South Clinical Building at Boston Children's Hospital.Medical equipment planning and installation of the 11-story, 240,000 SF lateral expansion to the main patient tower.Project included two family centered intensive care units, a cardiac ICU and medical surgery ICU.
